Oh and i'm already planing the meals i'm going to eat after the show!

Going you see how many 1 foot sub's I can eat each being different flavors of course. Going to start with three:

-Roast Chicken

-Meat Ball

-Pork Rib

Of course with each cheese and bacon!

AMEN bro ... well done on making it through your plan bro - is going to be a huge weekend. See you on the day :)

Not long now 5 days out until Nationals!

Have taking the next few days off work to try relax alittle as the brain isn't working to well. Diet brain has definitely kicked in big time!

Not sure how the one show format is going to workout, seems like a better approach for the competitors not so sure about the audience though :pfft:

Just training reasonably light this week more for pump and really feel the contraction of the muscle. Trained back and abdominals this morning pump was amazing with not pre-workout (taking citulite). All movements I used machines strength is definitely down despite carbing up around the morning trainings.

Training Chest and Calves tomorrow followed by shoulders and arms the following days.

Will take the Saturday off as I'm leaving to head up to Auckland Saturday morning and then show time on Sunday. Definitely going to be some hard competition in Juniors!

Mostly looking forward to the meal afterwards and the string of meals this offseason!
