Ha yeah I have no idea what those lumps are lol. I'm currently bulking back up and then will start going in a calorie deficit 12 weeks out will do cardio this time too, gotta hit that 3%bf if possible!

Yep in the last 6 months really been focusing on the legs didn't want to go up on stage with chicken legs!

I don't really know how long I have been training, at least 2 years with diet and structured workout program. Diet for about 8 weeks, I stay reasonably lean all year round (about 10-12%).

Diet was just low carbs, high protein moderate fat body seems to reason well to it. No cardio was done but will do some for nationals to improve cuts in legs with stationary bicycle.

Thanks for the encouragement everyone, it's going to help on those low carb days that are soon to come :D

I do plan to continue with the sport as I enjoy it, I couldn't imagine not doing it! Plan to take at least a year off after nationals to try add a bit more size to my frame, and to improve some weak points.
