All the best to everyone competing tomorrow, I'll be catching your failed attempts... but then, you won't fail will you?

So I'm going to load the weights, then stand a couple of meters back to let you squat/bench, giving the judges a perfect view of your rock bottom squats and extra-second-long bench pauses :grin:

haha true that TFB! Finally got a debut from the 'Manawatu Monster' aka Jono!

Thanks to OB and Ruth for another well run comp at The House. Great work TFB/Drizz an the other spotters/loaders and to Quig an the refereeing panel. all went smoothly and a lot of lifters again saying how much they enjoyed the comp. I loved it! As did the other Manawatu boys and the boys on debut say they have been bitten by the iron bug so will definitely be back for more :nod:
