I think I was actually 117kg then as I broke the scales had to get some new ones. I did used to be heaps bigger back when I was big just under 140kg at 8%

We thought we would do a different photo as we were in the bathroom. I am always this lean these days diet , cardio and being healthy really helps and I feel good for weighing a heap less Food wise I eat non stop and in the night to so metabolism is insane at the mo

Yep the best fatburners I find are the Phenorex Gaspari, kick arse burning fat not great for energy for workout but the fatburning is awesome !! yep always try and get a good pump then after that I off to the gym
