f*ck dude if you actually got to the 90-95 kg mark (I reckon low 90's) man that hamstring could be poppin eh...... I can imagine it... I think that style of posing you're doing also makes the hamstring look weaker than what it actually is.

I reckon you'll get there. Just don't blow up too much in the offse-- .. Oh wait.. :pfft:

That's a good photo mate.

Show him how its done Mr Poser

MASS-ive

Hope you can nail your conditioning next year mate.

It's a shame Yoram turned up but that's the calibre it can get to and it's freak'n high. Haven't seen someone that lean since, ever.

What happened to the guys you competed against down south earlier in the year btw, too scared to stand next to you this time...? :pfft:

He (yorum) was lean but his shape is shit and overall doesn't have a very appealing physique. Kinda like max stott.

Those ppl should really be easily beat - no disrespect.

People just cheat on their diets and these ppl dnt and endure the misery that's the difference.

Thanks for the feedback Loochi. Absolutely agree I need to get more shredded if I want to challenge for an overall title. Condition is my number one goal next year. I learnt so many new things this cut and I'm sure I will be able to put it together next year. Weight is not even an issue for me. If I come in at 90kg but i'm shredded as hell I will be happy. I am actually having an offseason this year unlike last year so it's unlikely I will be much lighter (I def hope to put on a bit more size), but yeah weight is irrelevant.

You know my hams aren't to bad man, but I can work on them for sure. Those pics not the greatest. Here's a better one.
