great deadlift 300+ just around the corner will need to have more of the load up top and not drive the hips to early rack pulls good for this teach the brain and the upper body about the load i think 300 to 320 would do this think about it being a upper body workout

Last heavy deadlift session has been a PB single and is about 10-12 days out, since I have hit comp PBs everytime I guess the CNS has been sweet
