O.k I have a gut that I must get rid of! Now is this the key things to do? 1) eat right 2) Do cardio for at least 30 minutes a day. Then Within a month you will see a big difference? If this is not the case. Let me knw. Help a brother out lol

1) Get body fat taken and set a goal.

2) Calculate your daily macro requirements

3) Cardio

4) Weights

6) 1 month later retest bodyfat

7) Adjust calories/cardio/weight training

8) Continue to learn, read and make adjustments as time progresses.

9) Reach goal physique

10) smash back some bishs

Diet is 80% bro.Cant stress that enough,Sort out your diet.

watch your calories.Keep a track of weight.Try and get some excerscise done.

Do a photo diary too so it motivates you esp when you flick through them.

Diet is key to reduce unwanted excess calories.

Training is excellent for stimulating the reorganisation of resources. Build muscle.

The more muscle you build, the better your fat burning.

Women take notice again.
