Here we go fellas, without going overboard & giving away to much info....

GH is a fantastic product, beneficial for many reasons. Most people will experience thinning of the skin, increased vascularity, fat loss, permanent increases in muscle size due to the cell number increase, and overall feelings of wellness. You will probably need less sleep and feel supercharged all day long.

I highly recommend GH use, but only when you have the money to do it right.

4-6 month cycles are optimal, year round if you can afford to or are over age 35 for the exact reasons SM stated, your GH levels start to rapidly decline.

Here are some general guidelines to follow for maximal results from GH use:

Maximum muscle gain (off season):

What I have found from intense research, and my band of guinee pigs have also found is that for maximum muscle gains it is best to use a 3x per week schedule for GH. Take your normal weekly dose and then divide it into 3 equal injections and take it pwo. So for most I'd recomend taking 10iu pwo Mon, Weds, and Friday. You will be able to consume one hell of a lot of calories pwo with that large of a GH dose and not get fat. On workout days I have my clients take in about 30% of their daily caloric total in 3 meals pwo. Non have experienced any additional fat gains. In fact they are fairly thermogenic proven by the massive rise in waking body temp and the wet sheets while sleeping, lol.

There is also no need for T3running GH in this mannar off season!

Comp preperation:

It's most beniffical taking GH every day for fat loss than the 3x per week schedule.

It is best to split your daily dose over 2 shots during the day, injected first thing in the morning upon rising to raise levels that are very low from sleeping, and immediately after training. I do not recommend injecting before bed as many bodybuilders do, since that is the time of day that your body will release naturally high levels of growth hormone, and exogenous use will only block that release. If you take it in the morning when levels are low, after training when levels are depleted and then let your body release while sleeping, you are getting one extra release for free!

GH is best taken long term for maximum perminant effects, short cycles do not maximize the benefits of muscle cell increase! Only fat loss!

So in summary:

I'd recommend useing GH for a bare minimum of 4mth but if affordable all year round as follows.

Off season use the 3 x week schedule until 12 weeks from your comp then switch to daily schedule to increse fatloss dramatically!

For best results I also recomend useing AAS in conjunction with GH as they are extremelly synergestic together.

As far as the 3iu EOD schedule being used, you will experance some added fatloss & "feel good" effects from the GH but your blood levels would be so up & down that's really about it & in my honest opinion think you'd do better dropping the GH totally, saving your money & you can achieve the same results you'd be getting by adjusting a few things & looking at other much cheaper options! Reall 3iu EOD to me is a total waste of money! Just my opinion though :pfft:
