I have done many cycles over the years. So I thought as I am starting one today that I will do a diary as I go. So bear with me as some times I might not post up every day.

19-11-2006

Supplement:

Milk Thistle 2 x tabs per day

Hi-Spec Antioxidant 3 x tabs per day

Insul Balance 3 x tabs per day

Evening Primrose Oil 1000mg 3 x tabs per day

Liver Tabs 12 x tabs per day

Aspirin 1 x tab per day

Glutamine 20mg per day

Roids:

Deca Decanoate 250mg (1ml per week so had it today)

Daily:

Clenbuterol Liquid 200mcg (20iu 7-30am and 20iu 4pm)

T3 25mg 1/2 am and 1/2 pm so far as this will go up

Proviron 25mg 1 x tab am and 1 x tab pm

Nolvadex 20mg 1 x tab am only

Stanozolol 20mg tabs 1/2 tab am amd 1/2 tab pm.

Food:

This i will do tomorrow ok.

Now this is a ( Cutting/Lean Mass Cycle )

Have you taken into consideration that you may loose sexual performance with no test in the cycle as the deca will shut down your HPTA.

Have you run deca etc with no test in the past with no problems "bellow"?

Also without a good amount of AAS you're actually running the risk of eating lean muscle if you’re running T3 over 25mcg a day.

Why both Nolva & Prov? You're not taking any aromatizing drugs to warrant needing both of these; I can understand the Prov as it's great to combine with Winny, but the Nolva?

I'm not flaming ya bro, just can't work out your thinking on this.

yes I have run Deca on it's own before and still enjoy sex with my beautiful wife.( She's the one with the problem as she is also taking Deca ) :pfft:

Am taking Nolva to help with water retention as my body is notorious for holding water.

I am running this cycle for 6 weeks, break for two weeks. Then start an 8 week cycle of Trenbolone and Whinny. I am only looking for cutting and fat loss for the next few months.

Tuna in springwater with Coleslaw and 1 x Tomato

Boiled Egg whites with Cottage Cheese & Veges : Aspargus,Brocolli,Cauli,Tomato,Beans,Mushrooms

Meal 5:

30iu Clen

Protein Shake with cold water with glutamine

Than of to the gym 2nd workout

Postwork 4 x Liver tabs

Meal 6:

Chicken and vege: Cauli,Brocolli,Beans,Aspargus,Eggplant,Courgette,Peppers,Mushrooms,Tomato

4 x Liver tabs

Meal 7: this is bed time

½ pkt weightwatchers jelly

½ cup rolled Oats cold with Protein powder,Splenda,Glutamine and Rhubarb.

Notes: When on the gear you need lots of water. So I have some where of 6 to 7, 750mls bottles of water and about 6 cans of diet coke.

So guys you can now digest this and I will try and answer your questions.

That's a very impressive list of veges... You're certainly getting your 5+ a day! :D

You're using a pack of frozen veges, surely?

My veges are all fresh, but if the Cauli,Brocolli & Beans are to dear to buy then it's frozen. As for the other's I use what's in season.

Are we talking about Deca-Dick here. Well I dont have a problem with this at 2am to 4am it's looking for somewhere to park it. We all know what our wifes think when you wake them up and ask for sex f*ck OFF with that do you know what time it is. So you see there's no Deac-Dick problem here.

good luck with your cycle now just a few questions what do you find to be the best brands or what are you taking in the form of -antioidant tabs,liver tabs,milk thistle, i no there are many types around but interested in what works for you.

That’s a good question and it’s good that someone is asking as this is very important. The brands that I take are

Clinicians: for antioxidant, Insul Balance, Evening Primrose Oil

Pro Fight: for the Milk Thistle

Beverly Interntional: for the Liver tabs it is the Ultra 40 ( 4 x Beef Liver Concentrate with 75mcg. Of B-12 per tablet )

Protein Powder: I use MAX’S as it’s the most purest that I have come across, and I have been through a lot of brands. NOTE a lot of the USA brands are shit and cheap.

And the next protein powder that I use when I am workout is the PVL Whey Cooler. This mixes with water and help keeps my protein up in the body while working out.

I have been doing this for years in the USA and here in NZ.

nzlabrats meals for the day

Meal 3 was Chicken with Coleslaw with some mushrooms

Meal 6 was Egg white Omlette and some Cottage Cheese with the same veges

Today I got my hands on some Test Propionate 100mg/ml.

What I am doing with this is site injection in the quads and shoulders so this afternoon I did the left quad all I am doing is 1/2ml each day. So today I did legs and it feels good.

Hey I like following your diary - other than the info on your cycle, your food combo's make for an interesting read.

With respect to your oats - do you soak them in water (no cooking?) and then add protein powder etc?

Also - how do you do the choc egg whites & rubarb/jelly combo? !......

Hi all, Will the cycle is going good but the muscles are sore from the hard training. The injections in the legs take awhile to recover from doing heavy leg workouts as I’m hitting the quads every 3rd & 4th day. I did shoulders today but before I went to the gym I had a shot of gear in the right shoulders, as I was standing in front of the mirror I notice a small lump in the shoulder where I had the shot this does go down but the worst one for a big lump is Boldenone and this lasts for a few days so it’s best to do this one in the glutes.

Now for the food ( kiwi wants how to make Choc Egg and about Oats)

Oats: With my Oats I use a mixture of wholegrain Oats, Barley Flakes & Rye Flakes.

I add ½ cup of this mix with 1 cup of water and 1 tsp of Cinnamon and then microwave this for about 4 to 5 mins. Take out and mix then re-microwave for 2 mins, some times you might need to add more water. Then I put this in the fridge as I prefer my Oats cold. When I come to eating this that’s when I add my MAX’S protein powder to it.

Choc Egg Whites: I add ½ cup of stewed Rhubarb that I have pre-cooked before & it’s cold. Then 1 heaped tsp of wonder cocoa powder that I import with ½ pkt of Strawberry weightwatchers jelly with this I mix them altogether before adding the eggs. Now add 7 x egg whites or 250mls to the bowl & mix’s all the ingredients together. Now microwave this for about 3 to 4 mins or until cooked. I prefer this cold and I add a Choc syrup that I import.

Notes: The wonder cocoa is fat free and carbs 2gm

The Choc syrup is calorie free ( fat 0gm, carbs 0gm, protein 0gm )

I hope this helps out as I have more recipes that are good and clean.
