that's priceless steak thank you for videoing it mate!

I can see I onlyk deadlift with my Back...no wonder I get told I shoul dbe able to deadlift way more than 250kg LOL.

And at 240kg Squats I can just see my knees moving...intredasting 4 sure

i wouldnt change a thing in your deadlift setup tbh, conventional is all about the back/hams/glutes. you got a nice tight compact setup , your hand placement is close to the shins/legs, and the bar is close to the body once you break it off the ground..the only thing thats letting you down is you need to generate more speed off the floor. which can be corrected with slingshoting the hips into the bar
