Hey people,

I've been interested in the gym, nutrition etc for quite a while but I've just decided to start taking it a bit more seriously, & want to learn everything I can. At some point id love I get up on a stage & embarrass myself. I am female, & no genetically gifted with muscle building genes do I'm probably more interested in the athletic/shape/fitness categories.

I'm still not entirely sure about how much cardio to do & whether to do full boy or split routines but this week I'm doing two upper, plus two lower body workouts with a 10minute cardio warmup & 20-30 mins cardio after, (except on thursday where i do a body combat class after weights). On Wednesday (no weights) I will do one of the Nike training club workouts (45 mins HIIT) and on Saturday (no weights) I have my 2nd body combat. Sunday I'll do nothing.

Today I have eaten:

Breakfast-1/4 cup oats, 1/2 scoop protein, 80g yoghurt, 50ml milk

- workout (upper body) and 10 min cardio

- post workout = 1 scoop protein

- m-tea = smallest size trim fw + 10 almonds

- lunch = 1/4 cup brown rice, 5 big bits broccoli, 1 large can sweet Thai chili tuna,

Afternoon tea (plan) = 1 scoop protein & small apple

Dinner (plan)= 160g salmon + frozen Veges stir fried w ginger

soy and garlic

I am working tonight so have to eat dinner @ 530. Then I have to walk round in a restaurant for four hours or more so sometimes I get really hungry. My plan is to have another
