na thats the ratio which doctor was really concerned with, my total cholesterol is 5.3 bad is 5 and good is 0.3 . test was done first thing in the morning so no i hadnt eatten, im just asking here because my doctor said to me he has never come across a ratio in double figures before

7 is huge ... last cycle i was only 4.4 but im taking more stuff this time round so hence y its 5.3 ?? ur mate must have been on something massive to produce 7

AAS use can supress HDL ("good" cholesterol) causing you to get a fucked ratio. Not a good thing...

There are some ways of manipulating this, with both foods (oils & plant sterols mainly) and medication. Talk to your doctor. :nod:
