is this what cutting is just cardio for a few months ? or am i still meant to do weights aswell ?

If you want to keep your size and you built that by lifting weights...then yeah keep doing it.

Good to see u cutting with cardio and not just dieting down on it's own mate

Damn you Android :pfft: . I am completely In the other camp. You can diet down very successfully with no additional cardio just by cutting your calories.

At the end of the day cutting just involves consuming less calories than you expend. So whether or not that is by eating less OR by expending more energy via cardio you can end up with fat loss.

Haha sweet as

I should have said you can lose faster by throwing in cardio, for the same amount of food taken in if I expend 600 more calories on the x-trainer I'll lose more, faster.

Your saying eat 600 less calories, I'm sayin if u gonna eat 600 less calories then also do cardio and you'll lose even more.

An not sure depriving muscles of food is for the best just to lose fat unless you take steps to preserve the mass
