Ok session a bit weak though due to me haven’t really trained in 2 weeks lol owell back into it, just gunna cruise for the next few weeks then start getting into it for September………..

Good session in my first super kat session, weight felt best over 260kgs in shirt, will go 2 boards next week hope to hit some big numbers. Squats felt good bar speed fast as, back a bit weak that’s probably due to me weighing 114kgs in the morning now :lol::lol: will start to put on some weight back on in August lean hopefully.

Arrrrr losing my tummy but haven’t been working on my core :doh: , the weight is light but core not strong to hold my back tight something to work on. My bench is feeling really strong bar speed is still fast, all in all good session but a few weak points to work on.

Good session, nose popped on the deadlift there was more blood on the floor than chalk and baby powder for once :twisted: . 2 board bench press with super katana on Saturday can’t wait.

there was a little bit but my nose seems to pop over any thing at the moe

Left arm was bit weak today almost gave out on the 260kgs then gave out on the 280kgs, will give the shirted benching a rest for a week and do some incline press. Squats were fast as heaps of power :) there. will be cutting the back open on the super katana as I need the collar to drop down a bit more as I could not get it sitting right to day even took it off after the 220kgs lift and did palms facing down instead off them facing up but still not right arrrr.
