Squats

Had kilo bands set up as if they were choked over half way gave me bout 100lbs resistances, also left 1ply suit on under boss suit with the straps down as if they were briefs.

65kgs x 5 + bands

65kgs x 5+ bands

105kgs x 3 + bands and 1 ply suit straps down

145kgs x 3 + bands and 1 ply suit straps down

185kgs x 2 + bands and 1 ply suit straps down + boss suit straps down

225kgs x 2 + bands and 1 ply suit straps down + boss suit straps up

245kgs x 1 + bands and 1 ply suit straps down + boss suit straps up

265kgs x 1 + bands and 1 ply suit straps down + boss suit straps up

285kgs x 1 + bands and 1 ply suit straps down + boss suit straps up

Speed bench

9sets x 3reps + band resistance

Shoulder press

5sets x 5reps

DB bicep curls

3sets x 10reps

One arm DB Triceps extensions

3sets x 10reps

The suit with briefs is going to take time to get used to, should have it dialled in with my new bench shirt by comp time though. Going to get the 1ply suit cut in half haha to use as briefs till I can get some boss briefs.

Deadlifts

60kgs x 5

100kgs x 3 added 1ply suit straps down

140kgs x 1 with 1ply suit straps down

180kgs x 1 with 1ply suit straps down

220kgsx 1 with 1ply suit straps up

260kgs x 10sets x 1reps with 1ply suit straps up

Bent over Row (wide Grip)

140kgs x 5sets x 10reps

Lat Pull Downs (wide Grip)

5sets x 10 reps

Arrrr was meant to do 12 sets on the deadlift but back tweaked as I locked it out on the 10 set fuk arrr I kind of lost the plot Here through the bar down kicked the bar a few times and told the bar what I thought of it Arrrrr hahahah .Bit of a hard session damn, I was already fatigued from band squats on Monday but thought I would give it a go a. I had to talk myself into doing each set hahaha. I was pretty fukd by the 5 and 6th set, so I started to pop ammonia caps in bath nostrils at the same time guaranteed to clear yea head haha

Had a play in my Metal Ace Pro 58- 2 Ply

60kgs x 3

60kgs x 3

100kgs x 3

140kgs x 2

180kgs x 1 with 3 boards

220kgs x 1 with boards and Ace shirt

260kgs x 1 with boards and Ace shirt

300kgs x 1 with boards and Ace shirt

Had to leave it there as there were not enough people to spot and hold the boards.

Speed squats with 1 ply suit straps down

9sets x 2reps x165kgs + 60kgs chains

Front delt rises

4sets x 12reps

Side delt rises

4sets x 12reps

Good session was hoping to hit 340kgs + in the shirt, but with the board sliding around on my chest and with not enough spotters etc had to leave it there fo the night. Will train in the Ace every 2nd week I should have it dialled in for the Capo comp in September. For a back up shirt Ill finish breaking in my super katana I may use the super Kat to open on maybe.

Got the boss sorted mean. I would of got the 305kg squat if I had not pussyed out of it :lol: as I walked it out and set up went to drop and Pussyed out FUK haha. O well this was my last week with Bands swapping to chains next week, I wonder what I will squat with 60kg chains??? Mmmm.. Post video later

how does the double ply feel on compared to single - seemed like a lot of work to touch on 3 board. Are you working a bit hard to stop it from traveling or does it feel like any other equipt bench?

Yea I could not help myself with the shirt :lol:

The shirt is going to need alot of weight to touch I think, as 220-260 was a real mission to try and bring down. It feels pretty much like any other equipt bench I guess , I wasnt really payng match attention to what the shirt felt like :lol: I was more trying to get the beast to touch the boards :). Ill pay more attention next time and let yea no.

Wide Grip Bent over Row

5 sets x 5 reps 180kgs

Wide grip lat pull downs (to chest)

3sets x 12 reps

Hamstring Curls

3sets x 12reps

Good session, Light week next week for deadlifts I will be doing speed pulls on 220kgs :pfft: . The Deadlifts are feeling very strong at the moment I should pull a good deadlift in my next comp in September :pray: .

Bit of muck up with bench should have gone up in smaller jumps. Rest of session was ok, but the shirt I was using is not really worth using any more to stretched hahaha.
