Ive had a similar issue with the nose bleeds....the last one I had was at 265kg raw squat and my blood pressure was up a bit cos of my weight (148kg). Got it burnt by the local doc and it blew time and time again but as I dropped weight and gave it another try with the docs burn stick it has been good as gold.

Not much of hassle getting it quarterised bro...15 mins and an itchy nostril for a day :lol:

How'd the training with the Boss go?

Session was ok gunna take time to learn how to use the thing though .

Squats- in loose boss suit left Velcro straps loose

65kgsx 5

65kgs x 5

105kgs x 5

145kgs x 3

185kgs x 3 added loose boss suit left Velcro straps down

225kgs x 3

245kgs x 3

265kgs x 3 with boss suit Velcro straps up but left Velcro straps loose

305kgs x 2 quarter squats had trouble getting down

305kgs x 1 nose popped coming out of hole

315kgs x 0 did Velcro straps up tight as I could, but could not walk the weight out/ move haha

Super duper speed bench

9sets x 3reps 100kgs

DB shoulder press

3sets x 15reps

Hammer curls

3sets x 15reps

Hard first Session in boss suit I could of squatted that weight in single ply hahaha gunna take time to learn how to use this thing plus its A size to big ( room to grow ) hahah, just received an email from the guy that I brought the suit from turns out I wasn’t using it right so going to make a few changes he suggested . I have a video of session but not sure I want to put it up the 305 squat looks ugly lol

Looking at getting at a new bench shirt and maybe some breifs mm maybe a:

Inzer Rage X 54- 2 Ply, grid stitched, reinforced seams, complete open back, velcro, 2 inch scoop, stock sleeves.

-Metal Viking Pro 56- 2 ply, complete open back, velcro, stock shirt.

-Metal Ace Pro 58- 2 Ply, complete open back, velcro, stock shirt.

or I might just get a super katana 2ply :twisted:

Insane bro.... Im sure its going to be worth the time to groove the gear.

Ive been set the task of sorting out the Qualifying Totals and will be backing them off from the CAPO totals for NZ lifters to allow lifters an easier transition into multiply.

getting down didnt seem to be a problem...a bit more time in that beast it should be cracked :twisted:

not that tight bro, they were pretty loose :) yea one or two more sessions in it and then it should be all go.

looks like ill be getting a Brand New Metal Ace Pro 58- 2 Ply, complete open back, velcro, stock shirt got it for $200 US mean

Ok session getting better in the squat (BOSS) Suit one or two more weeks and I should have it sorted. Long session Tonight I spent more time getting in and out of suits than squatting :lol:. Ill put up video at end of week after all the sessions. O yea Im all so wearing a tight pair of Stretchy shorts or bike pants :pfft: :pfft: Didnt think I would be ever saying those words :pfft: :pfft:

220kgs x 1 boss suit straps up but Velcro straps loose

245kgs x15sets x 1rep straps up tighter in the Boss

Mean session in the Boss, it's pretty good to deadlift in to. Had to leave session there for the night needed to get home will finish off session tomorrow night. Deadlift session took me 2hours.
