Shutdown??? After 4th cycle

Recommended Posts

After my last (4th cycle) and pct consisting of 8 weeks nolva and clomid my most recent blood test gave FSH and LH of <1 (normally both should be <11 but my values are almost 0) and my test levels were 1.1 (normal levels between 14 and 54)

my cycle consisted of 125mg test p eod and tren a 50mg Ed for 12 weeks

Doc prescribed test 1000mg every 3 months (long ester) is this right or should I be on hcg? Is this shutdown? On my phone ATM will write more details next time :)

If your natural levels are good and you're not too old you should be fine...usually.

8 weeks off short acting compunds though should mean it comes back quicker, but then Tren is pretty supressive and you might react differently to others here. I know if doing long cycles the time to clear the system takes longer than normal, quoted figures for when Prop is out of your system aren't quite as they seem for extended cycles so "the book" isn't always right is what I am trying to say.

Some people take 6 months or longer to recover depending on alot of things.

Recommending Reandron 1000 is unique. Maybe your doctor sees you as being permanently on the HRT, or maybe after one dose and 3 months your system will bounce back as it's less suppressive than what you were on? I don't know sorry.

If it was me in that situation and I wanted to let my my natty levels return and I knew my natty levels were still good of course...

I would be hunting down HCG (I've never done it b4, never had suppression like this), but I would hunt it down and use it with other aids to kick start. I would (and have) used 40mg oral test on days that I felt like absolute shit just to get by but never constantly of course it defeats the purpose. I have done this and it worked for me.

Not knowing your endocrine system :-) I would say go and get a blood test every 2 weeks you are natural and monitor the rise in Test. Just a small gain will make you feel better, will keep you from trying Reandron 1000, and of course if every 2 weeks still no change it's also a good indication you're fucked. Either way, without regular updates you only have your mood swings to go by.

Hope all goes well, keep us posted

Regards your Doctors recommendation... There isn't an ester long enough to keep you with steady blood levels for 3 months with just one injection...

Try Cypionate every 6 days.... I don't buy into the Testosterone Undecanoate study of 1000mg every 3 months.....

FSH, LH, & Test seem awfully low, HCG could be a better option... (if you can get in in NZ)..You might be better with advice from someone like: MuscleNZ regarding correct protocol to kick start everything back into working again....

But like Android said due to the suppressive nature of Tren you just might have to wait a bit longer for things to kick-start...

I'm 24 years old, first cycle at 21. My 3rd cycle consisted of 500mg test e, 400mg nandrolone an this 4th one I started 12 weeks after. I used tren ace for 6 weeks and switched to winny 50mg Ed for the other 6 weeks.

My concern is that I've done pct, but LH and LSH is non existent ATM thus test will be zero too as test results show. If I've done permanent harm to my pituitary so LH and LSH won't recover and hrt is needed.

To android: what can I take apart from hcg to kickstart me again and what form is oral test in?

Did you have bloods done after your previous cycles to see if you had recovered? Are you sure your PCT compounds Nolva & Clomid were legit? There are options yet to consider before you need to go into anything like HRT. HCG @ 5000iu over 5 days plus natural sups like ZMA, horny goat, trib etc. Most doctors dont know shit about a depressed HPTA & the implications on the endocrine system.

Not sure about Nolvadex helping test levels out not familiar with that, legit or not...but yes ZMA, Tribulus, hornygoat weed etc.

Theres something to be said for exercise too. As much as you won't want to lift heavy weight, motivation or muscle contraction-wise, it can help force your body to produce hormones.

B12 shots to help you feel better and keep immune system up used to be mandatory for me from the Alpha clinic at end of cycle, won't kick-start anything but it plays it's role in recovery thats for sure. High Test levels keep catabolic hormones at bay so they're rebounding and prolly quite high right now.

No there is -Test Underdecanate in injectable form, It's available in Europe and when this report was done it had yet to be approved in the USA but I think this is now in use there also - my friend in Canada has got his hands on some and is playing with it at greater the amounts the OP was told to use =P~ :P

Novel Testosterone Therapy

A long-acting intramuscular injection of the testosterone ester TU is currently undergoing phase III trial for approval in the United States. It has been approved for use in Europe. TU is the first injectable testosterone to be taken every 3 months. It maintains stable physiologic levels for 12 weeks[24] and appears to be well accepted.[25] Compared with TE, TU produces a more stable rise, modest maximal concentration, and gradual decline of testosterone, thereby minimizing the mood and libido fluctuations seen with TE (Figure 2).[1,25,26] As reviewed by Harle and colleagues,[26] its safety and tolerability profile is also favorable: Incidence and severity of common adverse effects are not greater than those associated with TE, and no serious adverse events have been noted.

Although intramuscular TU is not yet approved in the United States, the recommended dose will probably be 1000 mg every 10 to 14 weeks, with an additional loading dose of 750 mg to be administered at 4 weeks. Because TU has a long half-life and its safety in older men is yet to be reported, it may have a greater role in treating younger patients. For older men, the switch to TU may be considered if transdermal agents have been used for 3 to 6 months, thus ensuring tolerability.

Dosing the OP was given sounds the same as whats in this report so it could be here in NZ to.

@justhell

This cycle started off as a cutting cycle, I reached 92Kg at 6'2 at 9% bodyfat, really cut (lowest bf i've been) but felt really small when I got to 92kg, so decided to bulk up again to 100kg, at the end I was about 102kg at 12%.

It's been 2 months since and I'm at 98kg. Strength losses have been HUGE. I tend to work with db's more and was maxing out 50kg db chest presses at 12 reps easy and the same for shoulder presses but at around 6 reps, now i struggle with 40s for both chest and shoulder presses!! not ideal
