test prop AND test e??

HI. No I don't 'lift at home'..i train at a gym, and just have a dumb ID on this site!

I just started taking test prop and I'm sure I can feel it after only a few days. The plan is to take it just 2 times a week (100mg per jab) for 8 weeks.

I also have some test e and was wondering if it would be a better idea to start this now, in conjunction with the prop, and switch to the test e only, after, say, 4 weeks of both? I just don't want to overdo it, or under-do it.

it's my 2nd cycle... the first was just 250mg of sust a week - results were good but i lost most of them by crapping out with training and diet after the cycle. Planning on doing better this time!

I'd appreciate any wisdom anyone has to offer.. cheers

I was doing 100mg Prop eod, and then test e @ 400-500mg wk

Then I was doing them both, using the prop on the morning of gym days for a boost.

How often are you pinning the prop? I reckon you should do it every 2nd day.

maybe you should jump up the test e up to 400/wk? Since your 2nd.

250 is still a good ride though.

i want to keep the amounts at the conservative end, so I was thinking just 100mg of prop 3 x a week, and then 250mg of test e (once per week). I read that the test e takes about 4 weeks to kick in, so ws thinking i'd do them both for 4 weeks (a total of 550mg of test per week, which is possibly a bit more than I want, but I'll see how it goes) and then after 4 weeks, take it back to just the test e. At that point i might bump it up to 400mg per week for another 4 - 6 weeks.

My first cycle was just sust at 250mg per week and I loved it. Am I right in thinking this new cycle will probably blow that first one out of the water??

It is hard to beat the feel of the first (if it was decent). Yours was.

There is nothing to suggest that the one you are on now will let you down. Do it as you have planned, and then bump it up as you see fit. Start low and feel your way up. No need to blast out a high dosage cycle because half the internet does it.

I enjoy 500mg/wk test e, but find 400 lasts me a bit longer.

I stay on now.

12 weeks on will be a good guide.

and the difference between 400 and 500mg a week isn't much, when I found eating better on 400 had better results than crap eating on 500mg. So many variables.

You may get better results off 250 than someone on twice that by eating and resting right.

Just like the ab-flex ads say: Individual results may vary. :pfft:

Propionate takes about 14hrs to hit the bloodstream, & Enanthate about 2 days to hit a peak..... The compounded effects of the enanthates half lives (5.25 days) generally take about 4-5 half lives to reach optimum blood concentrations...... Thats about 21+ days or about 3+ weeks.....

So you'll be feeling the effects of Propionate after the first day, and the Enanthate at about the 3rd day, but due to the compounding half lives the effects will gradually get stronger.......
