just 1 scoop, in a huge glass of water (one of those glasses that come in the hougarden boxed set).

I drink during sets too.

Not usually a preworkout user, so maybe just adjusting to it.

Dude if u want advice, post in the steroid and pro hormones sections, this is too hardcore for the general section.

What you guys gunna use once your stocks run out? I love DMAA supps but need to find an alternative - I get next to no effects from Superpump or Superpump Max (max dosage).

And I can't train without a pre-workout, I have no motivation and don't enjoy training without them :(

There are some quality non-DMAA pre workout products. I have heard very good things about MusclePharm Assault but its about $80 for 64 servings.

Off topic but can anyone give me the figures on people that have been killed or admitted to hospital from the use if DMAA? And if such a thing exists, at what dosage?

somewhere in US there was some military exam, some dudes took jack3d knowing they wouldn't have easy access to water and dehydrated (to death i think). dont have figures, just remember reading that little story and thinking yeah thats probably the most common issue.. idiots taking high dosages and not getting the water they need.

So they died from dehydration, not from DMAA.

Personally, I don't give a f*ck if it is banned to a point. It's more the principle. Here's a product (jack3d for example) that says do not exceed 3 scoops in any 24h period, drink 8 glasses water, consult doctor before use blah blah blah. So some fucktards decide they needn't follow clear instructions, bam they're dead and the hammer falls on the supplement industry...

Just opens the door. I know this has been beat to death so sorry for the tangent

ah heres that source ; http://www.nutraingredients-usa.com/Reg ... ty-shelves

Banned for sale in US military, I guess NZ sort of looked into it after an incident with party pills and smacked down the mighty ban hammer.

In addition to concerns within in the US Military, http://www.nutraingredients.com/Industr ... -in-NZ-man , our sister site NutraIngredients.com reported today that a 21-year old New Zealand man has suffered a “cerebral hemorrhage” shortly after ingesting two DMAA-laced “party pills”.

...

At a party just before midnight the man took two tablets labelled as “99.9%-pure DMAA” along with a 150mg caffeine capsule. He had already consumed a can of beer.

also I doubt it was just a single can of beer as the quote suggests

Not if he was a kiwi. A single means a single tray.

Next they will ban bottled water, as it is well known that people drown in water. Nana state. Darwin award for tards who go excessive.

Darwinism at work again my friends, idiots can overdose on anything, remeber that idiot lady who drank herself to death with water??

LOL! That competition where you gotta drink water and hold it in for the longest to win a Nintendo Wii right? "Hold your Wee for Wii"

damn 16.5 mill

On January 12, 2007, Jennifer Strange, a 28-year-old woman and a mother of 3, from Rancho Cordova, California, was found dead in her home by her mother, hours after trying to win one of Nintendo's Wii game consoles. KDND 107.9 "The End" radio station's "Hold Your Wee for a Wii" contest, involved drinking large quantities of water without urinating. A nurse called the radio station to warn them about the danger in which they were putting people, but the disc jockeys were less than impressed. Lucy Davidson, the winner of the contest, was severely sickened while picking up her prize. Civil charges against the radio station were filed by Jennifer's family,[20] and the family was eventually awarded $16.5 million in the ensuing wrongful death lawsuit.[21] The FCC launched its own investigation to determine if the station violated the terms of its operating license.

Would be hard to prove conclusively, I think a few people have suffered a stroke, but that could be due to a pre-existing condition. Bit sh1tty that they banned it when you can go and and buy as many energy drinks as you want, high amounts of caffeine basically has the same effect, nausea ect

Peter Dunne gets gimp of the year in my books.
