Cheers brahskis! Squats are feeling good atm actually, everything is feeling good tbh!

Did some bench today instead of pressing

Bench press comp grip 20x5 30x5 40x5 50x5 60x5 70x3 80x3 100x3 110x1 add 50 a/s kat 120x3(touch on third) 130x2(touch on second) 140x1 touch 150x1 touch

did some feet up and dips, then dunked my sacks in waiwera spa. Really happy with how shirted benching felt, in a shirt 2 sizes too big. In march I hit 122.5 and failed 140 tonight I could of hit 160. Once I do some specific training I will be over the 180 mark. If my shirted bench keeps up with my raw squat Ill be happy :) Ill do some extra press stuff tommorow or on sat.

Flat db bench 50x2 PB(@bw) 45x4 45x2 (started getting shooting pain in arm)

Tricep pd 6 sets

Curls 20x10/7/7

Shoulder ss 15lbx12x3

Bench felt awesome today. Est max @ 143 lol. Could of got a few more if I had a spotter watching over me but happy to leave 1 or 2 in the tank. Feet up benching is doing wonders, I have a lot more control on comp style benching and better drive off the chest. Rah

Fuark. Squats felt legit tonight. Hardest set of squats I think I have ever done. Had to sit down for a little while afterwards to let my lungs cool down. Could of called it a day after that but wanted to do a bit more so got some volume in. Squats are gaining well atm still got a bit more to give before giving them up all together.

Deads felt mean. Was up a few times with the little fulla through out the night so not good sleep. Deads felt much better than last week, used a straight bar so grip not an issue. Will be doing the southside novice on july 14th.

Good sesh today looks like monday will be my heavy tng day, 130 felt good more in the tank for sure, bw is a little downtoday at 97kg eating gone back to being poor. Did todays session only on a bowl of nutrigrain and a monster, need to change this asap.

Lower back has been wrecked lately, have been craving some heavy squats and deads, guess they will have to weight until after september to be added back in. Will try do some high bars or fronts once a week plus lots of heavy upperback work.

Training at home. wanted to do some upperback work but dont really have the kit. Hit some deads instead low back is pumped and achey right now but it felt good to hit something above avg. The easiest thing for me right now will be to hit upperback each bench day instead of a separate day. I dunno will try work something out.

Going to dunedin thurs night so will hopefully be able to get 2 more bench sessions in then one on saturday when i get back.

Bench felt mean. I am way stronger when there is a lift out. Benched and squatted in the heels today everything felt mint. Hopefully get an upperback sesh in tomorrow.
