And that I believe is what you would call an A+ session. Everything just felt boss. Trialling a new bench technique, like the old school guys use to, wide grip flared elbows. Not only did my pecs blow up but I felt reasonably strong breaking the bar off the chest. Curls working towards that strict 60kg barbell curl, they swelled up good. 18" by the time im 96-97 me thinks.

First day of coan phillipi. Top set felt strong, speed sets felt fast. Going to go way past 220 with this mother of a programme. Hammys erectors and upperback were roasted.

Stimmed to buggery on the new cellucor c4 and a large V. Tingling all over and got the shakes. Fuuuuuuar. Bench felt ok today. One lat is tighter than the other and is causing some crooked bar movement. Got better as the day went on.

Have put on 2.5kgs since saturday, Mrs is doing a good job of assisting my bulk. Roast dinners, icecream, bacon eggs and pancakes for brekkie, and dinner last night was like 850g of chicken stirfry and 1.5packs of uncle bens rice.

Good session today. Would of got 2 or 3 more on top set of bench but grip was sliding out like f*ck so didnt risk it. Db benching felt mean, getting a bit more tuck as shoulders a bit niggly. Felt insanely strong. Few more weeks till the fiddys!

Well Im pretty chuffed with todays effort. Dont know if I would of got 7. The last wave has been a bit of a muck around with squats, but Ive been progressing on the main sets so thats what counts. Think I have something sussed for the next few waves basically itll be lower weight higher volume shorter rest focusing on conditioning. Then will deload and test. Est max 183 :)
