I think Zyzz had a fantastic physique and if he inspired people to work out, kudos to them all.. I think he looked amazing from the front, have only seen a few shots from the side / back and I wasn't as impressed... But hey, I ain't perfect either... Infact he's a lot more developed than I am and some of us here.

Here's the strange thing though...

When Amy Winehouse was alive, everyone thought she was a no hoper crack whore and thought her music was shit... She dies and all of a sudden it was tragic and she had immense amount of talent...

When Michael Jackson was alive, he was labelled a pedo and hardly anyone liked him... Then he dies and now everyone says he's the greatest.

When Zyzz was alive, the misc would troll him and not many others cared about him... Photoshop his pics, make fun of his eyebrows etc etc Not many knew who he was... (quite a few people actually but not as much as today obviously) Then he dies and everyone starts saying he's inspirational and how he had the most aesthetic physique on the planet. (Subjective matter)

I know this probably came across as hating but I ain't... Just the way I see it is that when someone dies, they seem to become more respected / idolized...

good on the guy though, I respect him because he achieved what he wanted even though sadly his life was short lived....

Watched the tribute video and was not blown away by zyzz's physique at all. I guess I'm conditioned by seeing the likes of Chris Gooch, Suprey Sos, Aron Noble. They are real Aesthetic physiques in my eyes (plus they have legs to match their upper body). Personally I think Josef Rakich has a far superior physique but I guess Aziz got more attention than anyone because of his antics 'bringing the lols', and his 'Aesthitic crew'.

I understand he started as a tiny computer geek and did put on a lot of size compared to then? Good on him if he 'inspired' a lot of people to start training :shrug:

And on top of this, public grieving seems to be particularly trendy for teens now. It doesn't even have to be a celebrity - you often see boy racers with RIP engraved on the rear window, or groupies having t-shirts printed memorialising a friend. Each to their own, of course, but to me it looks like they just can't let go.

There's 2 sides to every hero, this kid supposedly inspired a lot. But then he died alone as a drug addict in a foreign country. Real inspiring.

Its like if I was to say 15 time world champion Phil Taylor is a hero and has inspired thousands. Some would turn around and say, that guy that got his m.b.e. taken off him for doing bad things with teenage girls in the back of a van.

drug addict is a bit of an inaccurate term, you didnt know the guy or weather or not he was addicted to drugs or how much drugs he was actually using on what schedule... its just speculation that because he was in good condition its assumed he was on alot of clenbuterol and other fat loss agents which caused his heart attack.... when actually it was said he suffered from an undiagnosed heart condition. people die every day from heart attacks of all ages...

it dont see how being alone in a foriegn country and in a sauna has any relevance to having a heart attack from an undiagnosed condition? to say his death was caused by being a drug addict is just a guess.

True - he got on some party drugs....but I'm sure quite a few people on these boards hop on something for a big night out....

There's alot of heat directed towards a guy who knew what he wanted, and worked hard to get it. He promoted his ideal body, not the typical bodybuilding one.

And who cares, if hes got a following of skinny 17 year olds? At least they are aspiring to be something and work towards something? Zyzz, although juiced, never shyed away from the fact that he did have to work hard to get where he is.

I find him interesting more than anything, he created an entire new lifestyle for young males and then made it 'cool' (depending on who you ask). That's the part I find inspirational about him.

You're kidding right? Heart condition can go unnoticed for years regardless of general checkups. I only found out a couple of years ago I have an irregular electrical pulse, and thats because I ended up going to a specialist after some issues.
