JR, you need to push some level-headed ideas into this new breed of trainee. I see you have already, but these teens can be sucked in hard and train by wat their mates tell them. I am sure you will ensure a balanced body and mind.

It is easier to get aesthetic if you are already a skinny teenager. Bulking to Olympia size takes far too long for the teens of today. Hell, it takes far too long for the majority.

Looking at the POTG aussie site, he sure has mad gyno.

He did have good balance between upper and lower half though. Unlike 90% of the zyzz nutriders with a week like:

monday: chest and abs

tuesday: biceps, shoulders and abs

Wednesday: back and abs

thursday: chest and abs

friday: shoulders, abs and abs

saturday: biceps and abs

Sunday: more abs

The NZA FB page is a crackup. no mucles tone, yet low BF% = 'sick aesthetics brah!' Oh to be 14 again (not).

Personally i think i would have had a littlebit more respect for him if he had chose to be more humble and shown humilty in his lifestyle instead his vocabulary is non existant or something to be desired and exceptionally arrogant. I agree with nate on the fact that he has possibly inspired a shitload of kids to become fit and be healthy but with the possiblity at a cost of their mentality. And FYI i've seen many atletes(of all kinds) with greater physiques that his but never took to a display in a manner that he did. Again that comes down to that humility factor.

the zyzz character is a right faggot, nodoubt a byproduct of taking "The Misc" way too seriously, using 'misc talk' in real life............. :doh:

regardless of how much i dislike the character, the dude worked hard to get from real skinny right up to his target physique which according to many vids no doubt got many girls all wet (and from these countless 'tribute' vids, seems many guys are wet for him too).

he has surely left his legacy for his fans who will follow suite, it's just unfortunate that whether he meant to or not, he seems to have encouraged many skinny fags to jump on the bicycle way too early, sauna or later they will all be dead along with the legacy.
