My name is Megan & I am desperate for some help,

I have joined a local gym and get plenty of exerise, I have committed to a change of eating plans and have recently decided body building is the direction I wish to head in.

I am a total newbie with a can do attitude and a real commitment to getting a body I LOVE.

I need some real advice and some real direction! Where to start???
