Well it’s been 2 whole weeks since competing, I’ve over indulged way to much in the last 2 weeks and I’m now at my new off session weight

Wow. I think you're looking a lot bigger now - but as 2guns says, you're still looking pretty lean. I guess it's the post-comp carb-up. Did you think those contest pics make you look a bit flatter than usual and exaggerate the change, or is it just a phenomenal rebound effect?

how much do u weigh at the moment?

yea i did look alittle flat in the comp pic's ..I think thats becasue they take them at the night show and by then the old body hasnt got much left, I'm sitting around 71 - 72kgs at the moment
