Hey guys, been training now for about 6 months and have gone from a tubby 96kgs down to a more respectable 89 - still a bit of rubber left around the road but hoping to get there and am seeing some noticeable gains that have even drawn a few comments :D Really getting into the weights - not overly strong, but guess everyone starts somewhere - and found some useful info on here....hoping to add to that especially with nutrition as don't know too much about how to go and feed the machine. I'm sure I'll pick up some useful info here though! :nod:
