waldo Posted October 25, 2006 Report Share Posted October 25, 2006 Jeez, off the top of my head equal parts of Linseeds, sunflower seeds, and almonds (otherwise known as LSA mix) will give you good ratios of omega 3,6, and 9 essential fatty acids. Flex Posted October 27, 2006 Report Share Posted October 27, 2006 Haha, yeah I remember this diet. Think I lasted about 20 days. From memory I used Flaxseed oil, orange flavoured metamucil, and Chocolate Balance 100% Whey - 6 x a day, then introduced some solids after about 12 days or so - by solids I mean a few eggs, almonds and the occasional steak.
