I was thinking of doing the whole, here's how far I've come over the past year, buuuuut can not be bothered to post up pics from a year ago. Anyway, just an update of how I'm looking and how my progress has come along since my competition. 18 years old and as natural as a drink without any artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. 5 foot 3 (just) and around 68kg. Yeah, tiny, I know. Hopefully get to 74 or so by the end of the year, but I need to put on fat, just can't!!! ah well

Lifting goals by end of this year 1rms:

130kg bench

squat 230kg

220kg deadlift (straps most likely)

here's the pictures anyway for the people who just wanna skip straight through.

Constructive criticism plz

just keep doing more of the same mate, you seem to be growing in good all round proportions. Few people have rear delts like that until they're alot bigger.

Obviously...get bigger. But your 1RM goal for deadlift and squat is more than I can do so I'm just in awe and not going to mention...at all....ever....dammit...that you're now taller than the CD stack :pfft:

sorry!! couldn't help it

looking good, man.

constructive advice:

i know u cant really do much about your height, but if you bought smaller furniture and TV, and also had the roof of your house lowered i think it would do a lot to make you appear bigger

Also taking pics from low camera angles helps as well. i see you have utilised this technique a bit, but you could probably do an even steeper angle.

dont worry about thanking me, just doing my job.

wow big improvements bro! everything is looking great id just work on bringing up your chest but you already know that. looking awesome!

Thanks man. Chest is actually a lot thicker than it was 2 months ago. Sad that it was even worse than what it is, good that it's improving.

you are both bastards! Will get some builders in to completely re-construct the house. Must have house from the shire.

As for the rear delts, I always thought they were the weakest part of my delts, but lately, I've been focusing a lot more on contraction and negative as well improving overall technique that seems to have been working perfectly!

nice progress  .... could work more on chest ?..... are you starting/ inbetween ur bulking cycle?

Already on that chest issue cap'in. Doing it twice a week at the moment, and as stated before, it has grown a lot lately. Bulking phase at the moment, but not competing 'til late next year, so I can put on plenty of fat over the next year and a half for growth. However, I've made a lot of growth without that fat so I'm wondering if growth will be more efficient or the same. Still trying to gain fat so I can increase chances of gaining easier.

Can still slightly see hammies, which is good in terms of hammy development, but in terms of leanness, maybe not. I don't want to get caught up in the whole gaining fat thing, but you've gotta do what you've gotta do.

I think its time you bought some bigger undies (srs)

apart from that good progress

 I pull my jockeys up, so they aren't that small.

good progress. your back looks a lot better from the front than from the back? front double is a good pose for you.

I agree, but it looks a lot better from the back than it did a month ago. I'll probably just need to make it thicker now so i can add to the illusion of more width, if you get me?

I am very scared bro

Better start going hard on me legs and arms >_<

Damn Dolan brothers lol

Amazing as usual man

Stop trying to be humble. We all know you're one big lean scary Arab. If I was as lean as you, my arms would be 12 inches :pfft:

Coming on good bro, if you feel like you're eating plenty and not struggling to maintain that conditioning then you don't need to get any fatter. Just keep on keeping on.

... coming on strong, bro  just kidding. Nah, good point. Most the extra fat I do try consume is USUALLY a protein source anyway, so I'm not just trying to be tubby hahaha. But yeah, again, good point.

Thanks AO and Nate. The encouragement is motivating. :dancing:

You are looking awesome Kyle. Your legs are looking massive.

Not mentioned yet but definately underated - Great posing too

That's usually the first thing people say. I've noticed that no one really has so I'm thinking that's a sign my upper body has caught up
