Here is a couple of pics, it does come down to that behind neck press when you have been able to press 200kg behind the neck and bench over 600lb raw with strength comes size

Ummmm I would say if you can press 200kg behind the neck your Delt size is not going to be an issue (well maybe it will be when you are trying to find a shirt to fit lol).

Those are recent pics yeah Big Kiwi? Your conditioning is ridiculous :shock:

Just staying really lean can't and don't wont to get back up to 140kg any more nah the goal is 120kg at 4% at mo 115 kg at 7% :)

Might have to hand in the card BK & get back up onstage with the Amateurs & show them what a bit of mature muscle looks like :wink:
