Bruce lee/body weight inspired training, pure strength

Hey dudes just thought some of you may be interested in my training and felt like it would help my motivation as well to put it up here.

Semi inspired by Bruce Lee at the moment rather enjoy his workouts/exercises

so my workouts mainly consist of

Workout A

Front barbell raises (straight arm) currently @ 25kg for 8 reps

Lateral pullovers (lying down, straight arm) current @ 25kg for 10 reps

Dips on gymnastic rings currently @ 21.25kg for 10 reps

Handstand push ups about 8 reps (face to floor ROM)

Then mix it up with other exercises (depends how I feel)

Workout B

Dragon flags currently 9 / 10 reps

Decline sit ups with 15kg (weight by face)

Bicep curls currently 38.5kg for 10 slow reps

Rows on gymnastic rings (legs up on a chair, chest facing up) 10 reps BW

sometimes shove other random exercises in there depending how I feel as well.

Plan:

Workout A day 1

Workout B day 2

Repeat

2 Sets of 8 reps

So far been amazing strength gains,

Legs: I'm not too fussed about (omg he doesnt work legs!?) their not out of proportion yet and I've been doing hill running for cardio as trying to cut at the moment, hill is about 45 to 60degree angle.

Pretty average workout wasn't feeling it, normally workout before breakfast in the mornings.

Hadn't eaten much so

Inverted rows on rings +5kg 8reps x3

Barbell curls 40kg 8reps, down to 5reps 2 sets

Dragon flags x8 1/2 to 7 1/2

dragon flag hold at bottom 1 set

dragon flag quarter reps 1 set

dragon flag +1kg 2 reps 3 sets

Decline sit ups 30reps

29 reps +2.5kg

Leg raises with 1kg after ^ 20reps.

Pretty cbf workout today
