Front squat holds? Really?

Just do the front squat beltless. Holds are a good way to overload yourself with weights you can't handle...and mess yourself up.

Btw...I'm proud to admit that it was I who got that guy to film the brokeback deadlift as a tribute to the infamous dieselweasel. The guy using the bad form was a legit 600lb puller, as you can see, he was pretty much rowing the weight at the top. Twas just a joke, can't understand why people can't tell that.
