Congratulations, Andrew - you've certainly had a tremendous year! Nice to see a fellow Athletic competitor doing well in the physique classes.

Apart from a couple of Figure competitor placings, I haven't seen any other results from the INBA show - can you remember other results from the comp?

did 4 this year …Hawkes Bay 3rd open Athletic (Watch out for this next year it’s going to get bigger), Wellington 2nd Open Athletic, Nationals 1st Open Athletic Short & INBA Naturals 1st Open Short

I’m planning on doing the same next year…well maybe more, had a huge amount of fun competing this year

Thanks….My goals for next year are to come in leaner (3%) slightly bigger legs, arms, shoulders …I’ve got 2kg’s to play with for my weight limit so I’ve just got to put it on in the right place ..I’m aiming for 5 shows next year and to compete internationally
