You sure about that? Something about his physique reminds me of the guy from Warrior (decent movie, if you have't seen it, watch it), which isn't to say he can fight, but all we have to go on is raw physique really.

$20 on Vader.

Seriously though, you two should jump in the ring and do 3 1 minute rounds, fight for life styles, would be an epic watch.

Good job anyway.

I've started doing posing practice with jim pitt at human movements in palmy. I'll deff throw up a video with an entire routine of mandatorys within the week. will be good to get everything critiqued to fuk

why do we care if people are on drugs or not? srs question. I mean its not the Olympic games.

Think most don't care, its just when obvious guys go out of their way to claim natty that gets on peoples nerves. Like posting vids on youtube 18yo natty, making threads with similar titles etc. If you want to keep it private thats understandable but you are just a fuckwit if you constantly proclaim natty in every pic and every thread.

Yeah BBing posing is actually so fucking difficult. I need to work on my cardio for it.. and i NEVER pose from the left so my side tri / side chest from the left are soo awkward.

I'll do my best to dry up and we'll see how i go.

Post a real pic, delts and arms are the leanest part of most trainers bodys when pumped up.

Just sayn.

Agree re: left side. My poses feel unnatural (no pun intended) from that direction, but look okay. Practice heaps to get your fitness up, particularly useful if you get a lot of callouts. Don't "over pose", so that you're shaking or anything - you'll just get too tired, simply flex and hold (and keep breathing!!).

The two best tips I've had are start all poses from the feet up (ensuring all groups are tight) and pose to a video camera not a mirror. Your perception in the mirror is not the same as the judges (esp when you're low carb!) and there will be no mirror on the day!!!
