Today was chest/bi's:

Warmed up rotator cuffs

Bench: worked up to 85x10, 75x10-60x9

Just tried to rep out with the bench today, PB for 10 reps chest was feeling it!

Incline DB's: Worked up to 37.5x4 :oops: chest was pretty taxed so decided to dropset it: 25x8-15x12, 25x8 chest was pumped to bits.. moving on

Dips: BWx8, +5 chainsx5, +3x6.5, +2x7, BWx7 Happy with the PB for 5 reps just wanted go heavy on these, def switching to plates as it felt like a see-saw with 25kgs around my neck!

Incline DB flyes all sets to failure: 17.5x10, 17.5x8x2

Chest done and dusted!

EZ bar curls: 20x30, 30x15, 50x20 (partials, just below nipple line fast reps), 30x12 (strict)+8 negatives

Then I did 25kg real close grip for 12+8 reps biceps were pumped to bits.....

DONE!

Good session, considering changing the incline DB to maybe incline machine... we'll see.
