You should be fine and as a first cycle will get great gains form 500mg as long as your diet and training are good.

You could always start the cycle without and then start using the adex if you experience itchy nips or water retention. Definitely have the adex on hand though, don't start without. You haven't run test before so it pays to be ready for sides.

The main side people get is it can dry your joints out and can also screw with your lipid profile a bit. Libido wont be an issue with half a gram of test on board, trust me

I found adex to be good but not great. I've also run exemestane and letro. Exemestane is the best IMO but also the most expensive. Letro is strongest

You may or may not experience noticable aromatisation with 500mg/week......

There's no need to take Arimidex unless you get symptoms of high estrogen build up like: depression, low sex drive, mood swings, a halt in gains, high blood pressure from water retention, estrogen fat deposits etc...

Remember when aromatised testosterone turns to estrogen it increases IGF-1...... So not all bad..!!!

0.5mg EOD is about what you'd take, but only if you need to.... :roll:

If you need to keep estrogen in check, take Proviron.... :grin:

Is it something thats worth trying to get in from overseas (ie will customs be likely to seize it), or should I just try source some locally (nz/dunedin)?

2) What needle size should i be using? Went to the needle exchange but wasnt 100% sure what I needed. Currently I have 1" and 1.25" 23 gauge, and 1.5" 22 gauge (looks painful), and I am planning on pinning using a 3ml barrel.

1) Whoever supplied you with your Test should be able to supply Nolva, @ 400mg/week of Test (less the weight of the ester) don't waste your money on Arimidex.....

Don't waste your time trying to bring it in from overseas......

I'd have started with the glutes. Depending on the test you have, you might find your delt will get a bit tender over the next few days...
