After quitting smoking little over 18 weeks due to breathing problems, I discovered how much lack of exercise I had been getting - in other words absolutely none. So I joined the local gym and have become insanely addicated well being and finding the strength potenial of my body, am now working in a gym and have goals to body build in the not too far future!

I think at this stage I may be plateauing.. :?

I'm on a high protein low carb diet and was wondering if you would suggest a supp I can incorporate into my diet to kick start my fat-burning again?

I currently take 100% whey but i'm almost out so I'm open to trying a new product. I'm worried i'll loose muscle if I vary my diet too drastically.

Is something like Horleys Ripped Factors effective?

For protein powder, I would recommend this http://www.bodybuilding.co.nz/100-whey-protein-optimum-nutrition.html

And it has a buy two save 7% deal. Not cheap, but very good. Could possibly be cheaper getting it from America along with some thermogenics (fat burners), although I think you could lose more weight before taking thermos. Wouldn't hurt to get them in the same shipment though as it would be cheaper and you could just hold on to it until you need it.

Other than that, I wouldn't recommend you change your diet anything, if it works, then it works. If you're stuck on weight, drop carbs per day by about 10-20 grams. Looking a lot better though! :clap:
