Been a few months now. How's the physique, still in quality (mirin) shape?

Not as lean but expected that as iv had to up diet to maintain weight with boxing and cardio. Measurements still same. Strength slightly down but up on specific body parts that im smashing leading up to fighting. All in all im pretty happy with gains.

Its left me wanting more tho haha

Was house sitting at that place literally 100m from my gym. Was so sweet. As for cleaning... they had kids.
