Is there any way to find out in advance what supliments are going to be taken off the market due to banned (but effective) ingredients.

Tried to get some Gaspari Novedex as I want to run a cycle and cant get any Nolvadex for PCT so thought I would use instead.Result off the market and if I'd known would of stocked up before it was pulled.

Bloody frustrating. :x

Looks like I'm going to have to hang fire until I get some PCT sorted.

I'm really looking forward to doing a cycle but am going to be patient so it goes well and I maximise gains but it is going to happen (patience is a pain in the butt).

I must need to get my post count up to be able to pm , so to anyone who has messaged me to say hi I cant reply yet I guess.Will try and work on it and will reply when I am able so it's not like I don't want to reply.

At least I have time to get my body fat lower etc.

I may post a log but I'm a bit of a private person around this kind of thing so don't know.

you should just start your cycle, that gives you about 12-15 weeks to try sort out your problem.

lol never do this...always wait for your AI/PCT before riding....and stay safe

Cycle will be very mild which suits me fine.It will consist of 250mg of Test E per week for 12 weeks and 15-20mg of D bol each day for first 5 weeks with PCT of 20mg of nolva each day for 4 weeks starting 2 weeks after last shot of test.

Slow and steady with no sudden increases to get the loose lips talking.Too many self ritgheous dick heads around who will suck their cheeks in and go tut tut.Just can't be arsed.

Quite happy with dose and plenty time for stronger cycles in future or just keep the same.

1ml is like nothing bro do ya research, if your going to be pinning your self do it properly dont waste you time and money on a 1ml cycle lol, whats your reasoning for running that dose?

250mg would still result in 2-3x the average natural test levels, plenty to increase recovery and muscle growth. The Dbol should add a nice little kick at the start too.

He mentioned his reasoning;

So why try and push him to take more? Seems very sensible to me. Less negative attention, less sides, less risk of injury, less expensive, increased gains.

Just need a little help every now and then so that a little bit of forward progress makes it seem worthwhile.

Whilst I train for health and my own enjoyment I still want to look like I train with weights.Plus my sweet spot may not mean a large dose.Who knows!

Not having to worry about aggressive sides just prolongs the peace of mind and enjoyment of training.At the end of the day I'm still going to have to get there with consistent smart and hard training and and a spotless eating plan.

At the mo I do a lot of GVT training which seems to suite me more than other forms of rep and set schemes I have tried and so at the end of the day if all my ducks are'nt in a row then I'm just blowing smoke up my own bum.
