Taken last night after a loose weekend. Holding more water than I have been bw sitting a bit over 91kg

Developed a chest infection/flu/asthma flare up over the weekend and am feeling fairly shit. Still I did what I could. Will be a good place to build off for next week. Deads and upperback tommorow.

In other news I have come in to possesion of a 46 cent, it is pretty loose (I can get it on in 30s and do a full squat in it with straps up. Will probably give it a hot wash and dry to see if I can shrink it a bit.

Another rage moment today. Warmups felt snappy. So very pissed off when I missed 200. Came up to mid shin then stalled. Went straight away and felt a pinch around the SI joint and felt some immediate pain in the area. Did what I could for the rest of the session as didnt want to aggravate it. Dosin up on drugs to try kill off this flu/chest bug Ive got. hasnt started workin yet.

Had a day off yesterday. Back felt like shit. Then I watched this

Felt awesome today. Pressing felt strong I was really shocked after the first rep how strong they felt. At the end of the sets 80 flew up then stalled right at head then took about 10s to lock out haha got the worst tunnel vision and had a little pass out after. Squats were decent. I know I have a 180 raw squat in me. Pullups were the big suprise didnt think I would hit 10 singles. Up in weight next time. Tested the back on high pulls and got a bit of trap work in.

Another good day in the gym today. Going to ditch squatting in the heels and slowly work my way back down to a2g in the chuckies. Wanted to go to 135 but I will bank that for another day. Rows felt good. Did them out of the rack with a wide grip and pulled violently.

First day on keto hybrid. Energy fairly stable. Craving all the carbs that are sitting around home though haha BW was 88.5kg this morning :/

Push press felt mint today, lost the last single just a bit forward at the top. Training still going full bore, about to add more physique focus in. Chase the weights and the body will follow.

Split will be based loosely around this template

mon: pin squat, overhead, weighted pullups - heavy

tues: bodybuilding circuit - light

wed: front squat (light) deads, incline or whatever, row var - heavy

thu: bodybuilding circuit - light

fri: squat

sat: overhead, shrugs/rack pulls/kroc rows - ultra heavy

Looking at building up more quads and traps/delts and getting strong all over and a lot leaner. Will tweak as I go along but I like the outlay.

Felt strong today. Pin squats were beast felt very stable under the heavy stuff. Although they took a lot out of me I feel they primed the cns for lifting heavy shit hence why pressing and pulling felt strong. Pullups were a big highlight I will build a wide back yet!

Bench felt rubbish. Really have no motivation for bench at the moment I just want a massive strict press and btn push press. Suppose thats not a bad thing dont have to wait for the beta butt buddys to get off the bench. Wanted to do more pressing volume in so did some dips. really suprised by how good they felt. I think I might add them in more frequently just need to make sure the shoulders are really warmed up.

Just had a pre comp beetus load. Had Pizza chicken burger simmichs, fried fish, pies, full beetus fizzy, chips and gravy and icecream. feel full as fuark now. And only the top abs were visible on this day.

Meh. Mis timed my warmups by loads on squats. Pinged back in warmup so went extra light. Felt ugly as fuark, thought I had cut the 165 high but guess not. Using loose kat for bench hit 120 twice in warm ups, missed on bum being off bench on first. Planned 135 for 2nd but forgot to write name down on attempt card. 140 came off the chest but lost it midway. Deads 200 is still my nemesis. Next comp will be CBC. I will redeem myself. (on the plus side I looked semi aesthetic trolololol)
