Wanted to do squats but back still a little tender. So will be hitting them tommorow, need to up my volume on squats considerablly so will be doing just that.

rope crunch 2 sets

been up since 4am so motivation not that great plus I am hungry as fuark. Trying to find the sweet spot for squats, while going deep is good I feel like Im limiting the weights I could hit in comps. Also I think I am over this cutting deal. Keen to hit the rebound and get my beetus on.

Incline db press 12x20x2 20x10 25x10 30x10 35x5 30x10

Dips bwx8 10x5x2 bwx8

Bench press 60x8x3

Crossovers 55x10x3

Rope pushdowns 55x10x10

Some guy sat on the incline for 15 minutes without doing a single set(50kg farmer joe phaggot) so I started with dbs instead. Body is not used to the reps so strength was right down. Will build back up and beyond in no time.

Awesome workout today good mix of volume and weight. Happy with rack pulls high reps suck lol also very pleased with barbell rows that is a definite pb was pulling them violently more weight to come on these.

Apetite has been insatiable today. I am not going to limit my calorie intake over the next month and make the most of the rebound effect.

While my delts arent too bad in the strength department they lack a lot in size. Will keep upping the weights on presses as I can.

doesnt seem wildly out of proportion.... but gains on ohp should def help your bench, sames with incline bench...

Deltoids are the most important muscle to bring up for Raw benching besides triceps obviously.

I recommend you do 5/3/1 for military press and Ed Coan Bench program to bring up your lagging bench.
