Wednesday Night Training......again hot but got into it and was pretty keen to get some squatting done.

Squat

6 x 60

10 x 100

10 x 140

10 x 160

5 x 180

3 x 200

Was a little gassed at the end, I am going to blame it on the heat because last week at this stage I will still feeling fairly good. :shrug:

Finished off today with abs.

Didnt do calves today because I needed to get going, will do a catch up session tomorrow.

Thanks steak.....I needed you to remind me about the sled, I honestly forgot about it, was trying to get into the rhythm today and didnt think about anything else. My conditioning will start tomorrow, it has to. Squats are feeling good, I am starting to feel a lot more steady on my feet in the drive up. So hopefully that will give me a bit more confidence when I up the weights.

how you adjusting with the added cals? on track BW wise?

Loving the extra cals, my body has adapted much better than I thought it would. I no longer have the bloat and I am always ready for my next meal without needing to skip any. I am considering upping it for the next 2 weeks with a bit more "dirty" cals just to give me the extra boost to a hundy and then, if I make it there, try and refine the body a bit.

It is by far the hardest I have ever tried to bulk and with a bit of help from my amazing Pocket Rocket, it seems to become easier and easier as the weeks go on. \:D/

BW...heaviest I have ever been. Thats all I can say for now :dancing:

Nothing exciting tonight, just an arm workout. I will be changing it up slightly thanks to some pointers from Optimas. Going to focus on my triceps a little more and try get them growing. :jive:

Good to train with a partner again, you tend to push a little harder and rest less. Only problem is when you train with a person who is heaps fitter than you it becomes a bit of an issue try to keep up :oops:

Lol....so, I got up to 97, then got a stomach bug that lasted a few days. Then got back to my eats and the weight had pretty much stayed the same. But my bf% has dropped.

Just stuffing food down still and we will just have to wait and see what miracle I can pull out of the bag. :pray:

On the up side, my cardio is on the up and up. Been running and doing the other stuff, so I can breath again while training. :nod:
