Yeah just taking the p*ss

Will try that, although the problem is flexibility, short arms and a thick back. Just need to get more aggressive with that initial push to get the bar down my back.

Sat - Did some conditioning....yeah I know, WTF.....flipped the tyre, dragged the sled, used the sledgehammer, shoulder pressed the log, a few bi and tri's. Getting a little too close to 120 and basically not feeling the best, heavy and slow essentially. Can't chase my 2 and 5yr boys around the garden like I used to and also getting down to the deadlift bar is a struggle.

Sun - 45 min hill walk.

Tonight

Tonight was all about getting the SuperKat to touch....it's been eluding me so far.

I did a few squats though as it's meant to be

Week 6 - Day 1

Squats

1x3x130

2x3x160

1x3x170

Bench

1x3x90

1x3x100

1x3x120

Throw the Mighty Super Kat on.

1x200 (3bd)

1x220 (1bd)

1x230 (to the chest....2 inches off)

1x230 (wet seams...wobbled over my chest abit but got it too touch)

1x220 (Another touch but messy)

1x210 (wet seams again.....touch!!!)

Left it at that....arms swollen and shoulders achy

Flies to finish off.

Left of the remaining squats so will add a little more volume to the remaining lifts this week.

was seen tonight with suger free Monster, there are some doubts

He hasnt asked for permission in writing to be removed from the Beetus Chapter of CBC yet... But.....a little bird tells me that after Auckland bench or some shit hes going to put open to paper and make his request. Cnut will jacked at 100kg :nod:

Warm-ups and rollering....back tight and sore lately and not to mention it's cold in the shed so giving the warm up some more love.

Only lift I missed was my 3rd attempt bench, 235kg, double movement and head came off the bench a little.

Awesome weekend and great company. Impressive lifting from the CBC crew, BB and PB taking out records and Brett lifting an impressive 762 at 83kg! Boy is strong!

Raw bench.....good question...I really have no idea haha, last time I did it, it must have been close to 6 months ago???? 160kg it was...must have gone up a little since then! I really should test it as I'm still using a percentage of that 160 in my workouts.

Auckland Bench next weekend! Bring it

Customised programme these past two weeks. Predominantly bench for obvious reasons, a little dead and squat in there as we well but nothing over 50% and 5x6 for each.

Did some reps in the shirt last night. Was meant to be 85% but as I still don't know what my 100% in that superkat is, we upped the weight a little so I could touch to a carpet at least.

Did one set with 200 to a 3 board. 3 reps.

3x1x210kg (carpet)

Felt good, shirt was a little looser as apart from a Sat night infusion, hadn't quite done the nutro and H2O justice.

Yeah could do at this bodyweight.....but thinking of dropping in bodyweight as currently 117kg and at 5ft 9, that's alot of weight to carry around. Can't even walk up stairs or around a mall without feeling it!

If I could do similar weights at say 103kg.....would be ideal \:D/
