already dropped 2 kgs water feeling flat

so when you gain 2kg in such a short timeframe it's muscle but when you loose 2kg in the same timeframe it's water? Lol whatever makes you feel better bro..

i gained around 10 kgs i knew its not all muscle obv

when ur bulking weight is weight imo water retention is good........

There's one on Muscleimaging and from what I can tell you have put on a shitload of size since then. If I can be critical (and I'm sure you are aware), legs need work. It's not that they are small it's just that your upper body is so massive it over shadows your legs. And you obviously want to be a lot leaner, dryer next time you compete and you'll be competitive in the overalls for sure.

Massive potential bro. Keep smashing it!

I used to think water retention was not necessarily a bad thing as well until I tried staying as dry as possible. Now I'd never go back. Sure you are a bit lighter but strength still goes up and you only see real gains. Opinions? (perhaps needs it own thread?)

What do you do now to stay as dry as possible SG?

As opposed to what you used to do when you held on to a bit more water...
