Sitting at around 70kg so very very flat. Flattest I should be as I'll be adding more carbs in. (This is for hhh1 - no stupid t shirt)

Okay so friday did deadlifts.

Got some chalk and took it to LM like a badass (nt srs was so scared would get in trouble)

Did Romanian deadlifts (bend right over the bar like a sldl then bring shins forward)

worked up to 80kg for 2 fark yeah hammies are still fried today

Was going to do a full normal deadlift after this but was so fucked couldn't even remember how.

SLDL 30/40 kg for many reps

Finished off with 12ish reps on hamcurl

Friday consumed many sugar and alcohols. Saturday ate some carbs.

Today

Chest and Shoulders

Was a bit crap because still fucked from going out on Friday. :( But did a carb up before which I'm adding in now so will be <100 carbs just from fast release right around workouts now.

Decline bench 40 x 8 (coulda done more if had decent spot :'( )

CG incline DB press worked up to 5 reps then dropped down and added a couple of CG DB press to fly at the end.

Behind neck press working up to 4/5 reps

a couple of diff isolation trisets for shoulders focusing on front shoulder one or two sets each.

Will be adding in more carbs now untill maybe getting to 200 eventually and add more volume as I get past the 150 mark or if I meet my strength goals.

are you doing that thing you talked about in that other thread, where you bulk up until you are more disgusted with you bodyfat level than happy with your muscle gains?

looks like you have way less definition/are fatter than in that t-shirt pic from a week ago

edit: good that you are posting pics. and question above is srs. u bulking?

LOL its just bloat on my abs. Also I'm sucked in and stretched up not even engaging abs and still kinda flat.

other than that my front pose is like my worst angle. :'(

I look way better from side pose/obliques, Twist makes me seem wider and abs better, My lats dont really show from the front maybe posing and arm flab (my flabbiest part) and my chest is pretty wide so like... gets in the way almost?

I just felt like my chest has come up haeps and my shoulder was popping in the pic.

I'm still pretty depleated one feed of rice isn't going to completely refill me as if I'd been feeding/bulking for weeks. Just felt a little less flat.

Still have so much fat on mah bodeh. But I've decided to stop worrying about it because at the end of the day size and shape are whats needed so gonna be eating moarrrr from now on. Just real need to bring up my shoulders lats and legs/everything. so food is on the agenda.

Yes I am a robot.

Why bulk at all if you're just getting fatter with no appreciable gains in muscle? I never get why people do that? Sure gain some weight, but why focus on an abitrary number when you don't need to just gain weight willy nilly. Wouldn't it be more productive to focus on being able to achieve certain things in training that would at least let you know you had gained some muscle along with whatever bf you accrue or if not that then try and stay at the same bf you are now and get leaner?

I'm not srs.

I am going to do a clean bulk and hopefully get leaner as I do it.

I WANT to get to 77kg but in reality I probably will undershoot it. I'm 71 now but real low carb so a couple of kilos will come back on as water as I do this I imagine. I just like to define things in my head otherwise I'll like gain back some water and gly then be like "oh f*ck I'm so fat now I put on 2/3kgs" and want to stop bulking.

If I got to 77kg and still looked as lean I'd be stoked as farkkk.

Last time I bulked I wanted to get from 67 to 75. I got to 70 and was leaner than at 67, I stopped at 70 because I got sick of it. But If I didnt kinda put that crazy 75 goal in my head then I think I would have got anxy about the weight I was putting on earlier even though I got leaner etc...
