If your gaining well at the moment then i would just go for the 105, every last ounce of muscle helps when cutting as far as making you feel good about what you have accomplished.

If your struggling to gain / mentally bored then perhaphs cutting and thus changing things up will keep you interested.

Either way, solid gains :grin:

Bro your arms dont look 18 inches but maybe just a bad pic.... im gonna do a (semi) clean bulk and get back up to 100 hopefully still be able to see abs but needa buy some scales coz ones at gym vary between 5kgs each time i use them :S and i know i dont change that much day to day.

also why dont you use any leg drive on your bench ? im sure you could press more

having these real fucked up dreams atm. waking up probably 5-6 times during night too. only remember a couple.

first dream im like on some swing-bridge thing abouve a river and im looking down into this deepish pool and i see all these fish. im about to go down and then i see this dark shape which is a shark and im like 'nah fuk that'. then for some reason im down by the water and i have to get back up to the bridge (which i do). not that bad really.

the next one is fuked up. im at some dinner party thing with some guys that i apparantly knew in my dream (not people i know IRL) and all these older women (think MILFs) who are hosting it start raging at us for being ungrateful or some shit, apparantly caused by some of the other guys doing something (but not me). so anyway i rage back at them and call them whores or bitches or something since they were accusing me of something which wasnt true by lumping me in with some of the other guys.

theres a bit of a break in this dream then i like apologise to them for saying what i did and they say theyre sorry too and i get a hug from some of them. next thing im outside some house in the backyard and theres 2 guys in this hole thing dug in the ground with a narrow entrance but a sort of underground chamber. its not very deep maybe 1.5m max. they look about 14 and supposedly they both have been shot by my mate (while they were in the hole) after some sort of altercation. one is dead and the other is still alive and trying to escape.

im basically like 'wtf do i even do here?' anyway i f*ck arpound for ages trying to figure out waht to do and just looking into the hole. after ages i cover the entrance to the hole with all these scrunched up bits of newspaper (like on top of this guy trying to escape) then fill in the hole with dirt, y'know buried him alive...kind of fucked up, yeah?

rest of the dream we're trying to hide this shit from various people that come round, some are looking for the 2 guys some arent but its really fucked up and towards the end i shot the guy in the hole because he tunnelled out and was like in the neighbours backyard, qnd i also shot someone who was helping him to hide the evidence. then we left that town and were driving away (for some reason wasnt even worried anymore, like we had gotten away with it by leaving sort of thinking going on)

dream ended there. will post more tomorrow if i remember them from tonight
