some pretty fucked up sheet going on for me atm so nothing srs is going to be happening for abit but i will just be trying to not shrink and if i can get lean thats a bonus.

Have been playing up this weekend but trained legs and back and kept nutrition pretty sound for the most part apart from a few party treats. tried to train chest today but its still badly injured so i have to go and see physio this week :( FUARK! going to replace chest workouts for quads so should be interdasting.

this was sat night town prep in tauranga (for the haters) (nt srs)
