Ok phaggs this will be my cutting journal as i dont want to ruin the other one.

Starting point for cut 100kgs

Today was supposed to be chest monday but my pec is still fucked so instead did arms and calfs

bench

bar x 10

60 x 5

100 x ouch

that was it.

Calf raises x 5 sets slow and controlled with 4 second stretch and 4 second peak contraction

EZ bar Skull crushers

15kg x 12

35kg x 10

45kg x 10

45kg x 6

35kg x 10

EZ bar curls

15kg x 10

35kg x 10

45kg x 12

50kg x 6+ 3 cheat reps

45kg x 6 + 2 cheat reps

35kg x 10 + 15kg x 15 + 5 burns

Straight bar narrow grip press downs

5 sets x 10 reps

Hack calf raises

1pps x 12

1.5pps x 10

2pps x 10

2.5pps x 10 + 5 burns

1pps x 15 + 10 burns

1pps x 12

Rope pull downs

5 sets x 10 reps

Had no motivation after my chest being fucked so didnt train with much intensity and felt sick from the superpump pre workout.

decided to just start eating clean while i wait to get bf checked and get proper diet sorted, this is dinner

500grams shredded beef (u see what i did there??)

250grams raw green beans

mountain dew live wire lol

Its the hulk! Whats your goal weight TWL? Definately tell you have been lifting weights there.

Good size mate hate getting smaller too. When someone finally says "hey you've lost weight" try and refrain from punching them out :pfft:

He might not be able to transfer much weight into the punch anyway with his stuffed pec. Probably a good time to say something smart to him. You might not be able to run away from him when he's all dieted down... :pfft:

Ahhhh I see. I prefer to spread them out throughout the day, but each to their own. Wait, have you even ever cut before or is this virgin territory for you?

You're looking real good bro welldone.

If you're gonna eat all your carbs in one meal like that, I recomend doing it straight after your weight training workouts and not the 1st meal.

i wouldn't go that far but thanks bro!, the plan was to have all the carbs before my back workout. i fucking hate training on low carbs but will take all the advice on board

Your muscles are primed to soak up the glycogen after a hard training session and once glycogen is stored in the muscle it pretty much stays there till you deplete it again with another hard training sesh.

1st thing in the morning your muscles are insulin sensitive (good) but unfortunately your fat cells are also insulin sensitive (bad) so if you're cutting to make the most of nutrition partitioning I would take those carbs after your training. (This is if you want to go down the path of taking all your carbs in one go)

awesome mate will def take that on board! i want to avoid going flat as much as possible so i'm sure that will help?

You will feel flat at 1st because you're used to a lot of carbs. But your body will adjust after a while. You'll definitly look fuller than you would if you took all your carbs in the morning.

Unfortunately with dieting there's usualy that ugly duckling stage where you're not very lean but your muscles are flat, basically you look worse. This is where a lot of people throw the towl in and give up and start bulking again!! This is when you need to stay strong and not be so emotional lol...

Tough it out and you'll come out as a beautiful Swan on the other side :lol:

hahaha i will remember that. i can imagine me really hating that stage. atm im just trying to eat a bit cleaner add some cardio then when ive had bf tested and a proper diet done up ill start being really strict
