Yeah, you're getting a good V-taper. I'd like to see some full-body pics, rather than separate uppers and lowers, but you could absolutely compete at the end of the year. :nod:

About 10weeks into bulk now. About to hit 90kg BW for the first time. Had a great back session tonight, did some heavy deadlifts with chains.

I could hardly pose at all my back was too fucked haha had the mean shakes trying trying to tense. And yeh still looking at doing the comp at the end of the year but I really have no idea about competition prep.

Had a short break, back into it now. 84kg at the moment, strength has dropped just slightly. Upper chest stretch marks have just started forming \:D/
