Hi guys, I want to go chat to an endo, but some I know are very closed minded on the topic of HRT.

Can anyone point me in the direction of some one in "Aucks that is worth talking too??

Preferably on the shore but anywhere in Auckland will do.

How long to continuosly stay on the dose im on.. Can it be forever considering they are oral?

Do I need to be taking something like Proviron or tamoxafin etc etc..

The prices are rather steep (compared to the blackmarket)... but for trt it's okay and you won't have to worry ever about getting scammed by buying on the underground like we bodybuilders do. I'd suggest something like one shot of sust 250 (about $60 per shot) every second week, that should perk you up a bit. the doc there is very open to suggestion so just run that by him and ask him what he thinks.

Yea that's a good thing in my opinion. The body pulses its hormone levels. It's not all about keeping blood levels stable, especially in a TRT scenario.

I'm sure you've noticed by now that when coming off or when you're on an irregular pinning schedule your libido is better?

Exactly ... I was pinning Sus every 2 weeks, however was feeling flat, lacking energy during week 2 so my endo changed me to Cyp shots weekly ... :grin:

Back on topic, I usually make my best gains after a cycle when my levels are dropping and my body has to alter the levels of test being sequestered in SHBG. The fluctuations keep you fresh. Several of my friends who I've talked to about this all report the same.

Sustanon is a mixutre of different testosterone esters. Sustanon contains testosterone propionate and testosterone phenylpropionate (among other esters).

I wouldn't worry too much about that part of it, the endo will put you on a sensible course and talk you trhough it all.

I would ask for Cyp, as you can fine tune your dosage - according to bloods & how you're feeling - and the Depo-Test vials are multi use.

Weird that, last 3 cycles I've done I've broken PB on deads, squat & press, when off cycle & cruising on a lower dose..................

At my age I don't think there'd be any natural fluctuations left by now....... :grin:
