New Study Released On Multi Vitamin supplements

I've heard of this as well, but I have to question other things such as - what number of the people in the studies were bodybuilders or athletes etc?

I've been lifting for a while now and found that after every 6 - 8 weeks I would get quite irritable and run down from training. Tell tale signs would be trouble sleeping or sleeping 8 hours and still being tired, taking longer and longer to recover, getting the occasional cold sore on my lip etc. Normally I would take a break (a week or two off training) and then try and hit it again. 3 months ago I started taking a multi called Animal Pak (I'm not a marketing troll but used to take Beroca with little success) and I haven't looked back since. No sht I haven't gotten run down and just keep on pushing. I've been trying to cut up and have lost around 10kg so my workouts have been harder (more cardio) and my diet more restricted.

It hasn't made me a muscle monster but it has certainly helped keep my sustained wellness going.

I think most people that take multis sit on their arses all day so don't really need them. If you're really active I think they're essential because you are using way more than you can eat a lot of the time. Just my two cents. Keen to hear others thoughts this.

My year has been very chaotic with working almost 7 days a week for 90% of the year, if I was not studying for exams or writing essays I was on clinical or working everyday. I was also one of the very few people who did not need to take time off from their degree because they were sick. As a bonus my thinning hair is not so bad and I have managed to be able to grow it a little longer instead of shaving it all off.

I take a multi twice a day along with zinc caps and flax seed oil my ADHD symptoms have relaxed a hell of a lot and I have not gotten sick or had hay fever this year. Where I normally take Ritalin for my ADHD, and I would always get sick and have hay fever. This is all I have changed this year. I have not changed my diet or my training.

So I think that I might just have to keep on taking them.

ive found no noticable difference taking a multi-vitamin compared to not taking any. id rather spend my money on veges

This is the preferred method of vitamin consumption, of course. Agreed.

I don't mind having glow in the dark piss. I will continue taking them, as my body can just excrete what it doesn't need at that time.

If you have glow in the dark piss then you are not drinking enough water around the time you are taking it. Yes your body will excrete anything that you wont need, however you body will be able to use more if you drink lots of water around the time you take it. I can say that I almost never have glow in the dark piss its almost clear the way it should be. the other to remember is to have a small amount of fat at the time time. This will help your body to absorb vitamins like Vit E.

Iv got to disagree with you Andre01

Drinking water is part of my daily routine,

i drink between 2 litres & up to 4 litres of cool water every working day (im a bit more relaxed bout drinking water at home.)

I find i have fluro pee most of the day and i drink shitloads of water.

Then say before smoko or lunch it gets less fluro until i eat lunch, smoko etc... Then say 30 or so mins after food,Walaa its back to fluro again,AND its been this way for years!!!!

My piss and drinking habits used to be like this. Now days I have 3 meals per day and I drink 75% of my water intake right before a meal. Drinking water before a meal is great as food afterwards helps with the absorbsion of water opposed to most of it 'going right thru', After I did this I never piss fluro or yellow except first piss after waking up.
